Police: driver fled accident that killed 1 passenger

According to this report, were a total of 6 people in the vehicle. Four were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. One died (Mario Tucker, age 24 of Loganville GA). The driver is missing. A Ford Explorer only has seating for 5, so the passenger who was killed was probably unrestrained in the cargo area in the back of the vehicle. If three passengers were thrown from the vehicle, then they probably weren't wearing seat belts either.
