According to warrants, a Lawrenceville woman, with whom Durden shares a child, was granted a 12-month TPO on Nov. 7, 2007, after an alleged "act of family violence" by Durden. Durden violated that order, police said, on March 24, 2008, when he broke out a window of the woman's Paper Mill Road home, entered the residence and, "in an angry rage," rummaged through the woman's purse and took $20 before leaving.Man held on stalking charge
