Loganville dogs found in poor condition during eviction

Gwinnett County Sheriff’s deputies handling an eviction found three dogs living in deplorable conditions leading to the arrest of the man renting the home, police said.

Deputies went to a Loganville residence on Langley Creek Drive Monday to handle a routine eviction when they discovered the dogs.

Officials said three dogs were living in muddy and feces-covered kennels outside.

When deputies observed the dogs, two of them -- a Rottweiler and a pit bull -- appeared to be so malnourished that their skeletal systems could clearly be seen.
