Man accused of string of car wash coin thefts

The man allegedly broke into the coin boxes of car washes. I'd imagine he did more damage to the facilities and their equipment than the quarters were worth.

The man's last name is Raper. No doubt his defense attorney can use that to their advantage.

I can just hear the lawyer now: "His name is Raper, not Stealquartersoutofcarwashmachines, so therefore, he could not have done this crime!"
