Snellville woman finds 15 puppies in garbage bag

If you cannot afford for your dog to have puppies, then think ahead - get your dog spayed or neutered!

SNELLVILLE, Ga. -- Nicole Williams could not believe what she found in a garbage bag stashed behind the First Slavic Christian Church on Annistown Road in Snellville.

"There are chew holes and teeth marks where the puppies tried to fight through," said Williams.

Williams said there were 15 puppies tied up in the bag. All of them were cold, hungry and dehydrated.

"I was devastated. It's sad that somebody would go to this extreme and dump puppies underneath a bush like this," said Williams.

Williams rescued all of the puppies which are lab mixes and all of them except for two have been adopted.
