Customer says auto supply clerk punched him in face

A clerk became angry at a customer in the Snellville AutoZone store. According to the man who is pressing charges against the clerk, he told the clerk he had seen the item at a lower price at another local auto parts store. The customer said he was hoping that AutoZone would match the price. The clerk allegedly told the man that he was a "cheapskate."

The customer complained to the manager, and apparently the clerk didn't like that. The customer says that the clerk punched him in the face. The brawl continued in the store until police broke it up. Needless to say, the clerk no longer works for AutoZone. He must have missed the day of employee orientation that covered customer service. Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to hit customers.
