On Friday, May 29th a brawl occurred when three young men tried to make sexual advances on a 15-year-old girl. The teenage girl wasn't interested, and one of the men reportedly hit the girl in the face. Five men were involved, but two of the men were the girl's brothers. The brothers stepped in to defend their sister.
When police arrived, they arrested one of the suspects, but one suspect ran to a residence on Parkside Drive. One of the suspects ran away but later returned to the park and was arrested.
Police found 1.2 ounces of Ecstasy, 2 ounces or more of marijuana, and a Glock .45 pistol that police said belonged to Jovian Lanus, age 20 of Snellville. Lanus was charged with possession of a weapon during a crime.
Overall, three suspects were arrested: Jovian Marquise Lanus, age 20 of Sims View Court in Snellville GA, Jeremy Jerome Solomon, 19 of McCord Livsey Road, Snellville, and Yaseen Abdulrahmaan, age 20, of Douglasville GA. All are charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. That they may have already been distributing drugs was evidenced by $720 and drug paraphernalia that police found in the Parkside Drive home.
The three men are being held at the Gwinnett County Jail. Bond has been denied.

Yaseen Abdulrahmaan, age 20 of Douglasville: Possession of controlled substance with intent to distribute.
