5 Armed robbery suspects captured by Snellville PD officers

At 12:48 am on August 7th, a Snellville police officer overheard Gwinnett County dispatch announce an armed robbery call. There was an armed robbery at a trailer park on Langley Drive that involved five black men armed with several rifles, a pistol, and a shotgun.

The officer headed toward the trailer park. As he neared Rosebud Road, he noticed a green Mazda turning right from Rosebud onto Highway 78 going east. The officer noticed that just as in the robbery dispatch, there were five black males in the car.

The officer made a traffic stop on the vehicle and noticed that the driver and passengers acted very nervous. The officer realized he had the five suspects involved in the Langley Drive armed robbery. Another officer assisted in removing the suspects from the vehicle. The suspects were released to Gwinnett County Police for further investigation.
