"....white man, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and 190 pounds, wearing his blonde hair in a crew cut with earrings "that plugged (his) entire earlobe," an officer wrote.
As for the passenger, Fulgham could only recall that he was a man with "buck teeth," the report said. The truck they drove appeared to be a Chevrolet Silverado, the victim said."
