Park where Snellville man died has history of murders

The Hall County park where Snellville resident Richard Schoeck was killed has a history of murders. There have been at least 5 murders there in the last 30 years, which is quite a bit for Hall County. This is an interesting article and a video is at the bottom of the page. Changes will be made to the park - lighting, barricades, hours of operation, etc in order to make the park more secure.
