Accusation is that Scott Taylor, age 46, approached a little girl in a store with a dress, coaxing her away from her mother, to ask her if he could hold a dress in front of her to see if it would be the right size for his little girl. Once the dress was in front of the 9-year-old girl, he molested her using the dress as a cover. Disgusting, yes? The sick trickery of this boggles my mind.
